The accommodation is suitable, as well as for the family, in pairs, for those traveling for work and also for groups. There are two other adjoining rooms available for up to twelve people. My accommodation is in the most central area of the city, on the main artery, Via Roma. We are close to the seaside district of the city, La Marina, with Piazza Bresca, the center of the nightlife of Sanremo and the old port, with its bars, restaurants and pizzerias that satisfy every taste. A little more than a hundred meters you reach the Ariston theater and the shopping street of Corso Matteotti ... pedestrian and fascinating that leads, at the bottom, to the Casino of the city of iFiori. In a few hundred meters you reach the Old City, the Pigna, perched on the hill as the market and the one on Tuesday and Saturday, famous and interesting for all tourists. The bike path is practically under house and allows you to reach every part of the city by the sea and extends into neighboring municipalities for over 24 km. The nearest beaches of the city are those of the center (300mt) and those of the Old Station and Empress that begin at 400 mt.
